Royal Babies: Meghan Markle’s and Kate Middleton’s Baby Debut Outfit
Indeed, it has been a welcome to the world celebration for Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor since on Monday – 6th May 2019. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle however debuted their first born child on Wednesday -8th May 2019, two days after his birth. The two pretty couple who had their marriage in May 2018 presented their Archie to photographers at St. George Hall in Windsor, after breaking the tradition.
Naturally, the Duchess of Sussex, Markle was seen wearing a white sleeveless wrap double breasted wrap dress with taupe sued pumps for baby’s first debut – this is virtually a different look seen on Kate Middleton, her Sister-In-Law. With the Duchess of Sussex and the Duchess of Cambridge different taste of styles, it is expected that their debut looks with their babies would be so different.
When Kate Middleton (Duchess of Cambridge) became a mother for the first time in July 2013, when she actually gave birth to Prince George, it would be recalled that Kate paid homage to her late Mother-In-Law, Princess Diana and was seen wearing a short sleeved blue polka dotted dress with an empire waist by Jenny Packham. It was the same dotted dress that was worn by Diana when she was leaving the hospital three decades earlier with Prince Williams. But when Kate’s Second Baby – Princess Charlotte arrived in May 2015, she opted for a yellow and white floral frock with three quarter sleeves by Jenny Packham.
In April 2018, with the delivery of Prince Louis, Middleton was seen wearing a red jenny Packham dress with a white collar. This was another of Princess Diana outfit when she introduced Prince Harry in 1984. However, in comparison to her Sister-in-law outfit so far, Meghan’s look was recognized contemporary and unique. It was regarded as a fitting decision for beauty and personality.
