Kit Harrington Enlisted for Rehabilitation After Game of Thrones Ended

Kit Harrington has been reported to be undergoing rehabilitation from stress and alcohol abuse. The 32-year-old actor was intoxicated in a bar, wanted to join in a pool game, but was unable to properly play it. The owner explained what happened:

“The game being played is called ‘Killer’ where each person takes one shot, but Harington wanted to continue shooting. When our staff realized how intoxicated Harington was they politely asked him to leave and two of our staff members helped him out.”

And it was no coincidence for the fact that Harrington is suddenly broken after season 8 of Game of Thrones finished.

“My heart is breaking. I love this show more than anything. It has never been a job for me, it’s my life,” lamented Harrington. He was not exaggerating the fact; he even married his co-star, Rose Leslie in 2018.

Harrington loves his job and the series of Game of Thrones. He recalls the days when Game of Thrones was only one or two seasons old because nobody would recognized him. Now, he’s constantly approached by fans who want to take pictures with him. Generally, he refuses them.

“You have to, otherwise you end up feeling like a mannequin. It feels like being Bieber or something.”

He also shuns away from social media because the hype over Game of Thrones is maddening, “I give enough of myself away that if I did it on my own time it would drive me mad.”

Right before the finale season came out, Harrington plainly showed how much he loves the show and the crew, “They cared about the characters, the story, about not letting people down. If people feel let down by it, I don’t give a f***, because everyone tried their hardest.”
