Has Kim and Kanye West officially named their fourth child? Yes – No. Observed on Twitter, fans who noticed the Keeping up with the Kardashian’s tweets recently saw Kim including a teddy bear emoji when she shared new photos from her baby shower.
Similarly, one of Kim friends, a former E! Star, Nicole Williams was also seen in April using the same teddy bear image in her comment section when she attended Kim’s CBD & Medication-themed shower.

With these, could Kanye’s son be named Teddy West or Bear West? Several fans since weekend have also been connecting the dots by referencing Kanye’s hometown of Chicago and City, NFL teams as well as the Chicago cubs and Bears respectively. The suggestions might however not be a complete myth, most especially as the couple’s daughter is called Chicago.
