Perhaps, no photographer has ever captured the harvest mice as well as Dean Mason did.
Hailed from Dorset, United Kingdom, the 53-year-old photographer captured adorable photos of harvest mice living their little lives.
Nevertheless, the lifespan of a harvest mouse is 18 months, and their days lived are usually with a lot of exploration.
Being Europe’s tiny rodent, harvest mice are the only British mammals that have a prehensile tail, and this gives them the ability to grasp plant steam as it moves through vegetations.

“Wildlife fascinates me for several reasons: It’s always challenging and I thrive on a challenge. I love the calm and tranquillity of nature and the outdoors, and I have always suffered from anxiety, so having spent 1000s of hours with nature and my camera equipment, I’ve always found it to be therapeutic and comforting.” Mason stated.
