Emilia Clarke ‘Deeply Regrets’ One Thing From Game Of Thrones Last Season

The end of the journey of the Mad Queen left fans and followers with regrets and blues. Some were probably enraged at how it ended, but many remained in love, reminiscing the good ‘ol days when Daenerys Targaryen is a badass widow with three dragons for kids.

Kit Harrington broke down before the final episodes were aired and had to be rehabilitated. Everyone managed to leave a final message for the show. Emilia Clarke even recalls her finally hitting an identity crisis moment. But who would have known, she also left the set with one regret.

“I didn’t take anything from the set and I deeply regret it and I’m very annoyed and I’m really hoping that the showrunners will give me a dragon egg. Having it come to its final moment feels utterly surreal and completely bizarre and so much life has happened in the ten years…At first it was an existential crisis. Who am I? Where are my dragons?”

She wished that she had taken something from the set as a memento! And much like millions of fans who wish to get a hold of one, she also wished to get one of the eggs to remember her kids by.

She also showed her gratefulness in Variety magazine where her stories of her ‘regret’ and feelings about the end of the show was covered.

“Daenerys really saved my life, because it puts you in quite the headspace when you’ve had a brain injury. Walking in her shoes, I just put so much more into each season because it really was life or death and I felt so powerfully like she was saving me it was like I couldn’t see anything else, I could only see her.”
