OnePlus 7 Pro Phones Has Touchscreen Issues, Buyers Claim

OnePlus embarks on an investigative fix.

The first quarter of 2019 really saw some highly specs phones, like Galaxy S10, Zenfone 6, Huawei P 30, Galaxy A7OS and particularly the OnePlus 7 Pro, which was actually the most wanted. Evidently, the OnePlus 7 Pro is one of the most amazing phone released with a higher price that reflects it’s worth, yet early buyer of the smartphone are currently reporting that the  phantom tap touchscreen has issues. It was disclosed that apps on the smartphone responds as if something had been tapped on the screen even while it’s lying idle.

Complained via OnePlus forum platform, early users of the phone stated that the issue was firstly observed with an app known as CPU-Z while other users reported they have encountered it in messages and other apps, most especially where phantom taps proves quite bothersome.

Responding, OnePlus immediately announced it would embark on an investigative fix and equally treat the issue as a high priority.

While Waterballoon will provide any updates that OnePlus announces as a fix, it is important to know that if you are a new buyer of the smartphone, you shouldn’t hope a software update will eliminate the dilemma. This doesn’t however seems will in turn be a universal problem for all OnePlus 7 pro phones; we’ll just keep an eye on situation for you.
