LEGO Creates Friends Set In Honor Of The Sitcom’s 25th Anniversary
It Includes Gunther!
To honor Friends set in honor of the sitcom’s 25th anniversary, LEGO is transforming New York City’s most iconic residents – Monica, Chandler, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross, and Joey into toys.
Set to be available on Sept. 1, the LEGO ideas Central Perk plans to bring some serious nostalgia with its reformation of the Sitcom’s iconic café. In total, the set contains a total of 1,070 pieces for $59.99.
The Iconic residents’ sofa, couch, table, an armchair as well as their menu board element and cookie jar with two cookies were included. The set also unveils seven LEGO mini-figures for the 6 iconic characters and Central Perk’s Barista, Gunther was included.
The mini-figures which also come with their own items inspired from a TV Series included Ross’s brick-built keyboard, Monica’s Muffin, Rachel’s tray and coffee cup, Chandler’s laptop, Joey’s Pizza box, Gunther’s broom, and Phoebe’s guitar.
