Maleficent: Mistress of Evil in its released trailer and poster has placed the series three leading women in the spotlight. Displaying Angelina Jolie as Maleficent, Michelle Pfeiffers as Queen Ingrith and Elle Fanning’s as Princess Aurora, the dark fairy takes movie will continue with the chronicle that turned Maleficent into a full fledged villain even as she tries to still protect the magical creatures of the moor with her magical power abilities.
Being another mega-hit to look for after the first film (2014), Mistress of Evil features Angelina Jolie, Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, Ed Skrein, Jenn Murray, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple and Brenton Thwaites and it’s directed by Joachim Ronning.
Expected to join Disney’s 2019 theatrical film like Aladdin, Toy Story 4 and Aladdin, the upcoming sequel is set to be released on Oct 18 2019.
Earlier, the film was scheduled to hit theaters in 2020, but its release date was later changed, which led to some assumption that the film could debut on the Disney+ online streaming service. Nevertheless, Disney’s title for the teaser confirmed that the film will still be released in theaters soonest.
