Compass Pools have created something unique, extremely different for swimmers and lovers of pool. The company announced it has developed a Vertigo-inclined designed which is a 360 degree kind of pool set to be placed on a skyscraper in London.
The Infinity, London will, however, be the first building across the world to integrate such type of cutting edge pool design.
Specifically, the pool will be laid on the top of a 55-story skyscraper and will allow swimmers to float over 200 meters above the London Skyline with an un-obstructed glance of the city.
Here’s what people are saying about the 360-degree Pool:
Made with cast Acrylic rather from Glass, the company explained that the materials were chosen after critical considerations, adding that the floor of the pool is also transparent so that individuals inside the building will be able to see swimmers splashing.
“Swimmers will access the pool through a rotating spiral staircase based on the door of a submarine, rising from the pool floor when someone wants to get in or out.
The pool is also fitted with a full spectrum of lights which will give the building the appearance of a sparkling jewel-topped torch at night,” Compass Pool revealed in a statement.
