MCU’s Spider-Verse: Holland Wants One With Maguire And Garfield

It’s going to be a major crossover, are you excited?

Is it too much to ask for a live-action Spider-Verse to happen? Maybe, but Holland thinks it’s something awesome that he’d definitely want in. On that note, he wants to be in a Spider-verse with Maguire and Garfield.

Maguire played Peter Parker who was a photographer that turned into a Spider-Man and he starred in three movies for the same role. Garfield took up the help for the next Spider-man, posing as Peter Parker and co-starred with Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy.

Tom Holland is the youngest adaptation of Spider-man, appearing first in “Captain America: Civil War” as #teamIronMan. Holland signed for two more sequels, ‘Homecoming’ and another one set to hit the theater this July, ‘Far From Home‘.

Here’s what Holland has to say about Spider-verse:

“It would be amazing. It would be really, really cool, and it’s something that the fans really want. So, whether Marvel and Sony decided to do that, it’s up to them. It’s not up to me. I can’t walk in like, ‘Kevin [Feige], this is what we’re doing on the next one!’ But it would be really awesome.”

The original trilogy by Maguire was produced by Sony and while there were talks of the fourth installment, everyone parted ways before it happened. Sony continues with casting Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy. Soon, Garfield left the installment as Holland is introduced as the new young Spider-man in the MCU.

The successful animated movie of “Spider-man: Into the Spider-verse” that feature Miles Morales as the alternate protagonist showed that the audience loves the idea. What do you think? Will you want to see one with the three of them together?
