The Beloved Corgi Dog Who Plays ‘Cheddar’ On Brooklyn Nine-Nine Passed Away At 13
Cheddar is survived by his sister, Stella.
The adorable and playful corgi dog – Stewart, who played Captain Raymond Holt’s dog, ‘Cheddar’ on Brooklyn Nine-Nine has passed away at 13. His owner took to his Instagram late Thursday, to disclose that the dog has peacefully passed away after playing its last day on the beach.

Stewart had played on the beach and ‘Frolic in the Surf’ as well as ate at In and Out Burger before he passed away calmly.
“We went to the beach where he frolicked in the surf and then enjoyed a picnic lunch of In & Out burgers. We relaxed in the sun and just enjoyed each other’s company,” his owner wrote in his post.

The playful corgi dog slept in his owner’s arm while listening to the sounds of the ocean. “ He was a one in a million kind of dog, he was my supaah staah” his owner added.

Nevertheless, Cheddar – tagged as Captain Holt’s secret weapon was a major character on the show. He is, however, survived by his sister, Stella and had played his part in Brooklyn Nine-Nine the longest.
Rest-In-Peace, Cheddar!
